Please let us know of the damage within 10 days of the receipt of the item for an exchange of return. After 10 business days, any damage claim will not be replaced.

If you bought something from us within the past six months, and you think it is displaying signs of a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us, and we’ll check if you’re applicable for a free replacement or credit. Please note that this does not cover deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, or breakage due to an accident. However, if you break something by mistake, and would like a new replacement, let us know and send us a picture, and we’ll give you a special discount on your new purchase.
